Fees and Cancellation Policy

Prices correct as of 30-Sep-2018 and subject to change without notification - please check current prices at time of booking. Payment can be made with most major credit and debit cards, cheque, cash or PayPal. Fees are payable at the appointment.

We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The current charge for this is 30.

Occasionally chiropractic treatment is not appropriate and medical or other referral may be needed - this would be discussed with you during an appointment. We reserve the right to charge on a pro-rata basis if a consultation is curtailed for any reason.

Health outcomes and the type and duration of treatment will vary between individuals depending on many factors including patient age, medical history and response to treatment. Any testimonials on this website are the views and experiences of individual patients.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Your confidentiality is assured and your personal data is held securely. I will not pass your details to third parties unless you provide your consent (or in the unlikely event that I am required to by law). If you choose to connect with my professional social media channels then other users may assume that you are a client, but I will not disclose this fact or any specific details about you or your treatment. No personal data items are collected on this website. All data collected during client consultations are handled in accordance with the general data protection regulations and clients are provided with a data privacy statement.

Feedback and complaints procedure

Your safety, well being and satisfaction are of prime importance and I welcome your feedback. If you have any concerns then in the first instance please discuss these with me, Phil Yalden. I will endeavour to resolve your issue, including arranging for you to speak to another chiropractor if you prefer. In the unlikely event that the matter is unresolved, the McTimoney Chiropractic Association (MCA) can provide further professional advice including your right to refer serious unresolved complaints to the General Chiropractic Council. Up to date contact details for these organisations can be found online or can be provided by me on request.
