Fellow of McTimoney Chiropractic Association Lecientiate of Royal College of Chiropractors General Chiropractic Council Registered

I'm Phil Yalden, an experienced chiropractor and I've been providing chiropractic care for people who live and work in Swindon and the surrounding areas for over eight years. I am registered with and regulated by the General Chiropractic Council and I am a Licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors and a Fellow of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association.

I have lived in Swindon for over 26 years with my wife, and our children were brought up here. I trained for 5 years at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic in Abingdon, having previously gained many years commercial experience in the IT and science fields. I witnessed and experienced the damaging effects that stress, sedentary jobs, poor posture and other bad habits have on so many people. I was helped greatly by chiropractic treatment and I was drawn to training as a chiropractor because I wanted to be able to offer help in allowing others to regain control of their bodies, and hence their lives. I moved from a senior role working on IT systems to chiropractic, to apply myself to the most elegant system of all the human body.

I am now also a senior technique instructor and lecturer at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic so, when I'm not helping clients, I'm training future chiropractors. I have presented research at national and international chiropractic conferences and I am a registrant council member of the General Chiropractic Council (GCC). I was previously a member of the GCC Education and Investigating Committees, with responsibility for ensuring high standards within the chiropractic profession.

Anyway, enough about me. How can I help you? Well, I have provided chiropractic care to clients of various ages, from many different walks of life and with many different backgrounds. As chiropractic is an integrated, holistic approach to health, my assessment includes discussing your lifestyle, body use and any other factors that may be affecting your health, rather than merely looking at your symptoms. I put you, my client, at the heart of my work and tailor my treatments to provide you with the best care. I see our work as a partnership so I will always discuss a treatment plan with you and answer any questions you have. I will also give advice on how to look after yourself following treatment and how to help reduce the chance of having issues in the future.

If you would like to book an appointment or if you would just like to find out more about how I can help you and your amazing body get back on track, then please contact me at Bony Parts Chiropractic.
